Local Authority Building Control - the partner authority scheme is shared by all local authority building control teams in England and Wales. McAndrew Associates are partnered with Aylesbury Vale District Council, which means that we submit all of our building regulations applications to them, irrespective of where the job is. Once approved, the work would be inspected by the local authority in whose area the property is located.
